Welcome to WokFlow ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our services, including the website and related APIs, products, or software (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using WokFlow, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into these Terms. If you are using WokFlow on behalf of an organization, you represent you have authority to bind that entity.

2. Use of Service

• You agree to use WokFlow only for lawful purposes.
• You shall not reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy underlying algorithms.
• You shall not upload illegal, harmful, or unauthorized content.
• You shall not bypass credit or usage limits.
• You shall not introduce malicious code or disrupt service operations.
• You shall not use the service to process non-food items or inappropriate content.

3. Intellectual Property

All content and services provided by WokFlow are the property of DeepMed Analytics or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you upload but grant us a limited license to process and display it for the purpose of providing our services.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

WokFlow uses third-party machine learning models for OCR processing, recipe generation, and nutritional analysis. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated outputs. Always verify nutritional information and recipe safety. Use AI-generated content at your own risk.

5. Payment and Credits

Credits are non-refundable and have no monetary value outside of the WokFlow platform. We may revoke credits in the event of abuse or violations of these terms. Credits do not expire but may be subject to account inactivity policies.

6. Health and Safety Disclaimer

WokFlow provides recipe suggestions and nutritional information for general purposes only. This information is not intended as medical advice. Consult healthcare professionals for dietary restrictions, allergies, or medical conditions. We are not responsible for any adverse health effects from following our recommendations.

7. Data Processing

By uploading receipts and food images, you consent to OCR processing and data extraction. Uploaded content may be processed by third-party AI services. We retain the right to use anonymized data to improve our services.

8. API Key and Third-Party Services

If you provide third-party API keys (e.g., OpenRouter, Mistral AI), you are responsible for their use and associated costs. We are not liable for misuse, breaches, or charges incurred.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for data loss, service interruption, third-party issues, food safety incidents, health consequences, or indirect damages, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for credits in the past 12 months.

10. Termination

We may terminate your access at any time for violations of these terms or other reasons at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

11. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes. Continued use after modification implies acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where DeepMed Analytics operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
